This Will Change Your Practice & Your Life
I work with some very high-performing dentists and one of the things that I have to remind them, is:
Slow down.
Acknowledge how far they've come.
I think that's true in any business. I know it is in my own business.
Sometimes we move so fast, that we forget to really stop and take in everything we've accomplished. We forget to be grateful for that and acknowledge it, whether it's for ourselves or our team.
I think acknowledging gratitude is a really important component to success. In fact, I even keep a Gratitude Journal and many of my clients do, as well.
In your Gratitude Journal, or Success Journal, keep track of:
All of the things you're grateful for
All you've accomplished in your practice
When you acknowledge all that you’ve done, it really does attract more of that into your business!
Don't fall into the trap of always looking at what's next and reaching for that next thing, because then you'll create a feeling of “there's never enough” or “I'm never where I want to be”.
When you focus on all of the things that you have accomplished, you sometimes even surprise yourself! And that starts to help speed up and gain momentum in your practice.
This is something that sounds very simple and many people think, “Oh, that sounds really nice to be grateful for what you have”, but this is a proven tool to create more successful abundance in your business, so don't take this lightly.
I encourage you to start a journal where you keep track and write down your successes and write down all of the things that you have in your practice that you're grateful for.
