Are You Grateful?
Are you grateful? Here is a wonderful reminder of how to be in the moment and celebrate the wins in your life.
Setting goals and striving to hit them is great. It’s very understandable to be goal-oriented and have things you want to achieve, but here is my advice:
· Have a vision and strategy, but be careful not to forget to be grateful for how far you’ve come and where you are in your practice.
· Celebrate even the smallest win! Take a moment to pat yourself and those around you on the back before moving on to achieve the next goal on your list.
· Take the time to journal or acknowledge how far you’ve already come in your practice.
· Once impossible, now easy … Have fun and make a list of things that felt really impossible or challenging at the time, but that now you’ve achieved and overcome.
· Constant gratitude. Because you are in the mindset of gratitude you always attract more abundance into your life and your practice.
Time to Celebrate!
