New Level, New Devil

I often have team members ask me, “Kristin, when will we be finished with all of these changes? When will we get past these challenges?”

And my answer is, if your practice believes in continuous improvement, never! We’re always improving and we’re always growing.

I have a saying, “New level, new devil.” So, what does this really mean?

·      When you reach a certain level of success, a new set of challenges often follows.

·      It may be uncomfortable, but it’s a sign of something positive … your growth!

·      Continuous improvement = Reaching a new level

My suggestion:

Embrace those new challenges because it’s a sign that you’re on the right track and you’re growing and improving along the way.
