Where Attention Goes, Energy Flows
Have you ever noticed what you focus on gets bigger whether it’s good or bad?
I love the saying, “Where attention goes, energy flows.” And this is true in all areas of your practice and your life.
For example:
· Have you ever had a team member you think isn’t a good fit? You begin thinking about it constantly, and before you know it, that person has consumed your thoughts!
· Or maybe you decide to really start paying attention to a certain practice statistic and it gets better just because you focused your attention on it.
I encourage you to be intentional about where you put your energy and attention. It should be on the things you want to get bigger and better in your life and your practice.
