Do You Make Your Patients Feel Special?

 
 

I'd like to share an important tip I learned from one of my Rock Star Clients, Dr. Ann Hubbs. She has a rule that her team has embraced and it is called the 5 Foot Rule!

This rule is that anytime a patient is within 5 feet from a team member, that team member stops what they are doing and make it all about the patient. It could be as simple as saying "Hello" to them, but whatever it is, you acknowledge the patient and make it all about them.

Imagine feeling like you are important to this practice, and not just a name or number.

This is such a simple tip but think about how powerful it is for that patient to feel that everyone in the practice is interested in them.

If you implement this 5 Foot Rule, every patient will feel they are the center of attention while they are at your practice.

This is such a high level of customer service and I recommend you try it at your practice!
