This is the Key to Everything
Mindset is the foundation for the formula for success. Everything else really builds off of that. With the mindset in the practice starting with the business owner, with the doctor and if it isn’t healthy or if it’s not something that’s being worked on, the practice can only go so far. I’ve seen it time and time again. I can have two practices that are very similar in size, revenue, what their goals are and where they are with their systems. I can go to both of those practices separately and deliver the same solutions and the same content. Both of them implement those solutions and one practice will get results and have growth and the other practice will have extraordinary results, where they almost have a quantum leap. The difference between the two is the mindset. It’s the belief behind what they are doing. Team members can go through the motions and say the right words, or follow a connect the dots for systems. If they don’t believe it and if they don’t have that belief behind it, or they believe it’s going to fail but they’re not saying anything because that would look like they aren’t on board, that will have an effect on the outcome.I’ve seen it over and over again … the practices that focus on their mindset and focus on recognizing what the limiting beliefs are that are holding them back are the practices that always outperform practices that are just focused on the systems and revenue.
