What Are You Doing Right?
I’ve had several clients over the last few months have some really successful months. I’ve even had a few clients that have had record months where they’ve had the highest production month that they’ve ever had since they’ve been in practice.
I think that’s really exciting!
My first questions when I meet with teams who’ve had big successes are:
What went well?
How did you do this?
What did you do to create such success?
When I talk to teams, it’s interesting how there’s always a pause because they haven’t really thought about what made it such a successful month.
My recommendation for when you have a good month:
Have a meeting about it.
It’s exciting when you’re reaching goals and things are going well.
Allow your team to really break the month down step by step.
Ask what’s different.
Ask what you’re doing that’s really working.
That processing will allow the team to cement in their mind what works and it will create more of a habit so you can continue to see those results in the future.
