What Are You Doing Right?

 
 

I’ve had several clients over the last few months have some really successful months. I’ve even had a few clients that have had record months where they’ve had the highest production month that they’ve ever had since they’ve been in practice.

I think that’s really exciting!

My first questions when I meet with teams who’ve had big successes are:

  1. What went well?

  2. How did you do this?

  3. What did you do to create such success?

When I talk to teams, it’s interesting how there’s always a pause because they haven’t really thought about what made it such a successful month.

My recommendation for when you have a good month:

  • Have a meeting about it.

  • It’s exciting when you’re reaching goals and things are going well.

  • Allow your team to really break the month down step by step.

  • Ask what’s different.

  • Ask what you’re doing that’s really working.

That processing will allow the team to cement in their mind what works and it will create more of a habit so you can continue to see those results in the future.
