Give Them More Than They Expect
I just started working with a new client, Dr. Sarah Wilmer. I was so impressed when I went to her office and saw a sign posted on her desk that read:
Give them more than they expect.
Give them more than they pay for.
Give them more than they have ever gotten from any other dental office.
She starts her day by reading this and thinking about how she can accomplish this. This mindset translates into amazing service for her patients.
Some doctors struggle on how to start their day with their team on a positive note. I think this is a great way to end your morning huddle. State this to your team and remind them that this is your goal for the day.
If every practice followed this, the level of service would be elevated just because of the awareness of the goal to give patients more than what they expect.
